Institutional accreditation is external evaluation which assesses the conformity of a university’s management, work procedures, study and research activities and study and research environment to legislation and the goals and development plan of the university.
The accreditation for the Estonian Aviation Academy is valid until January 24, 2031.

Estonian Aviation Academy passed the initial assessment of study programme groups in 2018 and according re-assessment in 2020. More details can be found on the Estonian Quality Agency for Higher and Vocational Education web page.

In 2019, Estonian Aviation Academy participated in the pilot project
"Workplace-based studies Recognition in VET"
and was awarded with the Quality Award.
Quality Award is issued by the SA Innove and marks high results in planning, implementing and improving workplace-based vocational education.
