Stipends and Allowances
There are the following stipends:
achievement stipend (100 € per month) can be applied for by any student starting from the second semester of studies Application can be submitted through SIS Tahvel;
need-based study allowance can be applied by the student who is a citizen of Estonia or resides in Estonia on the basis of a permanent or temporary residence permit, except for a temporary residence permit for study, or a temporary residence permit or temporary right of residence. The application can be submitted through SIS Tahvel;
need-based special allowance (135 € per month) can be applied by a student of a nominal period of studies who is an Estonian citizen or is staying in Estonia on the basis of a long-term residence permit, except for a temporary residence permit for study, or a temporary residence permit or temporary right of residence.
