The best internship provider in Estonia is Magnetic MRO
Our partner Magnetic MRO won the competition “Best
internship provider 2020’. According to the Estonian Employers' Confederation, the main victory for the company was the organisation of a well-thought-out internship and
contributing to the development of curricula for the necessary professions.
The company was submitted to the competition by our vocational training coordinator Eva Lastik. Eva has stood out in our company with a strong desire
to promote aviation vocational training in Estonia - thanks to her, vocational training is possible in the Estonian Aviation Academy.
